Return Policy
We strive to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, we realize that you may need to return an item to us. To ensure full credit for your return, please do the following:
UPON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE:
1. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING included with your merchandise, such as boxes, instruction manuals, or promotional materials. Look the items over carefully for cosmetic damage.
2. SAVE YOUR PACKING LIST OR INVOICE Proof of purchase is one of the requirements for a return and for warranty registration and warranty repair validation of some items.
Before returning any products, please contact us via phone or email for troubleshooting a product or a return authorization. All merchandise returned for credit or exchange is subject to our approval and must be in perfect resalable condition, and returned in original packaging within seven (7) days. You must submit a copy of our packing list or invoice with your return.
- If an item is returned for a reason other a manufacturing defect or error on our part, a 15% restocking charge may apply.
- Batteries may not be returned for refund unless they have not been used and they are in the original sealed baggie.
- All serial numbers must be intact and labels must not have been removed or otherwise tampered with. This is important for both returns and proof of warranty.
- Nylon collars and leashes can be returned for exchange as long as they are unused and in resalable condition.
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges for returning merchandise unless there was an error on our part.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer changes in product or specifications
- We are not responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by misuse of any items we sell.
Damaged Merchandise . . .
Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, stop unpacking. Save the shipping packaging and all packing materials included with your merchandise just as you received it. Notify us immediately to obtain further instructions. Damages and missing items must be reported upon receipt of your package.
